First Advantage and Pinpoint ATS integration
With our integration with First Advantage and First Advantage (KYP), you can access thorough and quick background checks for candidates you’re considering for your team.
Once a candidate reaches a specific stage in your hiring workflow, you can automatically send out pre-employment background checks directly from Pinpoint.
Plus, you can keep all the results and insights within Pinpoint, making everything smooth and hassle-free for you and your hiring managers.
How to connect Pinpoint and First Advantage
First Advantage
You can easily and instantly connect Pinpoint and First Advantage by:
- Adding the First Advantage app under the integrations menu in your Pinpoint account.
- Enter your First Advantage Account ID and API Key and click save.
- Press the ‘Disabled’ toggle in the top right corner until it reads ‘Enabled’.
And you’re set! Once the integration is enabled, you can easily attach it to a stage in your hiring workflow, like ‘Interview’ or ‘Hired,’ and select the right First Advantage account and package for your needs.
First Advantage (KYP)
You can easily and instantly connect Pinpoint and First Advantage (KYP) by:
- Adding the First Advantage (KYP) app under the integrations menu in your Pinpoint account.
- Enter your First Advantage Customer ID, Client ID and Client Secret and click save.
- Press the ‘Disabled’ toggle in the top right corner until it reads ‘Enabled’.
And you’re set! Once the integration is enabled, you will be able to send any candidate a First Advantage (KYP) background check by clicking the three small dots on the top right-hand side of a candidate’s profile and selecting the ‘First Advantage Background Check’ option.
