How does the Pinpoint and Give a Grad a Go integration work?
With Give a Grad a Go and Pinpoint you can:

Post and sync your jobs to your customer portal within the Give a Grad a Go platform and start advertising to graduates with the click of a button.

Candidate applications will then feed through from Give a Grad a Go into the respective jobs within Pinpoint, so that you can handle candidate application management all in one place, for speed & ease.

When any job data is edited within Pinpoint, it will automatically be updated on the Give a Grad a Go website too, so that job information is consistently up-to-date.

When you change a candidate’s application status to ‘reject/unsuccessful’ within Pinpoint, this will show as ‘unsuccessful’ within the candidate’s dashboard in Give a Grad a Go, allowing candidates to check for updates without the need to contact you directly, making for a streamlined candidate experience.

How to connect Pinpoint and Give a Grad a Go
- Once registered to the Give a Grad a Go website, simply head to ‘ATS integration’ area within your portal (left-hand menu).
- Select Pinpoint as the ATS platform and click ‘connect’.
- You will be required to grant access/ permissions.
- Then connect your Pinpoint account by following the steps – i.e. entering your Pinpoint subdomain to activate the integration.
- Click ‘set up integration’.
- And that’s it! The feed can take up to 4 hours to start syncing, then you’ll be able to post existing and new jobs from your Pinpoint account.
