How to connect Pinpoint and iTrent

You can easily and instantly connect Pinpoint and iTrent by:

• Contacting your iTrent (MHR) Account Manager to give you a Workflow Data Publisher licence key and prepare your iTrent account to be used with Pinpoint.
• Adding the iTrent app under the integrations menu in your Pinpoint account.
• Entering the API endpoint, username, and password sent to you by your iTrent account manager.
• Configuring the Webhook URL in iTrent. The instructions and the URL can be found in the Integration page, below the integration credential fields.
• You’re all set! To send a candidate to iTrent, click on the three dots in the top right of the candidate’s application, and click “Send to iTrent”.
