Faster, easier ways to see what you need

Hi there 👋

I’m Adrian Mancuso, Senior Software Developer at Pinpoint. This month, I’m sharing updates that make it faster for you to see what you need (including Pinpoint AI summaries), and easier to work with external agencies.

Let’s dig in…

Familiar Kanban-style view of candidates

Do you prefer a more visual way to track candidates? Our new ‘Board View’ gives you a familiar Kanban-style layout, making it easier to see where candidates are in the hiring process at a glance.

You can drag and drop candidates from one stage to another or select multiple candidates to move, email, queue, or tag in bulk.

Table View is also there, so you can choose whichever style helps you work faster.

At-a-glance AI summaries of scorecards

Scorecards capture a wealth of insights into personality, culture fit, and experience, but it’s hard to identify key takeaways quickly.

So, we’ve introduced Pinpoint AI Scorecard Summaries. These include:

  • An AI-generated short paragraph that summarizes scorecard feedback
  • A sentiment score that reflects the overall tone of the feedback

They’re great for a quick refresher and helpful prep for later-stage interviewers.

Recruitment Manager-specific notifications

In high-volume hiring, you likely have visibility of hundreds of roles, but you might only be the active recruiter on a fraction of them.

With ‘Recruitment Manager’ notifications, you can decide which notifications you want for the jobs you’re managing. Set them up once, and they’ll apply automatically every time you’re assigned as the recruiter on a job.

This reduces notification overload and helps make sure you never miss a candidate message you need to respond to.

Simple, configurable agency collaboration

If you work with agencies, they can now manage candidates directly in Pinpoint—while you control what they see.

  • Set up as many agencies as you need and assign users to those agencies.
  • Configure user permissions to control what they can see and do in Pinpoint.
  • Assign agencies to jobs so they can add and manage candidates without seeing anyone who applied directly.

This keeps all activity in your platform, which is better for compliance, consistency, and reporting.

(If you’re an active customer, contact your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.)

And that’s it for this month. We’d love you to get in touch if there’s anything we can help with, or if you have feedback on this latest product update. See you next month for more updates!
