Automatic interview invites—now part of stage actions
When you move a candidate to the interview stage, you can now set their invite email to send automatically—immediately or during working hours.
You can apply this at a job or workflow template level, which means no extra clicks to keep the hiring process moving.
You’ve always been able to add stage actions, like sending documents or nudging hiring managers when a candidate gets stuck in a stage. But now, we’ve pulled them all together, including interview invites, so they’re easier to see, set up, and manage.
New integrations: assessments and smoother post-hire transitions
- Outmatch: Assess candidates right inside Pinpoint—personality traits, cognitive abilities, cultural fit, and match scores, all in one place.
- Planday: Sync new hire data from Pinpoint to Planday in a few clicks—no manual entry. No duplicate work. All key fields pre-populate automatically, making onboarding faster.
