OFCCP and EEOC Reporting
OFCCP and EEOC Reporting with Pinpoint
How we help you comply with US nondiscrimination laws while hiring candidates
What are EEOC and OFCCP reporting?
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is a U.S. federal agency that works to prevent discrimination in the workplace because of race, gender, disability, religion, or other protected characteristics.
The EEOC requires many U.S. employers—all companies with more than 100 people, and smaller companies that meet specific criteria—to file annual reports showing that they’re compliant with nondiscrimination laws.
The OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) is an agency within the U.S. Department of Labor that also works to prevent employment discrimination, with a special focus on federal contractors and subcontractors.
Many U.S. employers add surveys to their job applications to collect demographic data about candidates. This helps employers monitor the fairness of their hiring practices and submit reports to the EEOC and OFCCP for those that are required to do so.
What do we do to enable compliance?
We have several features to support employers who need to comply with EEOC or OFCCP reporting requirements, or who want to analyze demographic data for their own purposes. These include:
- Equality monitoring surveys on job applications
- Ability to send questionnaires to candidates who didn’t come from a traditional application
- Equality Performance Reporting
- Customizable EEOC / OFCCP Report
