Use of the subscription service by Pinpoint and our customers.
The Pinpoint Subscription Service
Our online Subscription Service allows any company that uses it (our Customers and Pinpoint itself) to advertise job vacancies, receive applications for jobs, process applications and manage candidates through the hiring process. The information added to the Subscription Service, either by job applicants or when a Subscription Service user adds the information, is stored and managed on our service providers’ servers. This information is then used to contact visitors about their interest in the company’s job vacancy and interact with the company.
Use by Pinpoint
We use our own Subscription Service to advertise and recruit for our own job vacancies. Information that we collect and manage using the Subscription Service for our own recruitment is used, disclosed and protected according to a separate privacy policy.
Use by Our Customers
Our Customers use the Subscription Service to recruit for job vacancies and are the controllers of the Personal Information they collect through the Subscription Services. Our Customers manage the Personal Information they collect via the Subscription Service in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
Pinpoint collects information under the direction of its Customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Information it processes. If you are an applicant to one of our Customers (whereby they act as the Data Controller), you should contact that Customer directly with any questions you may have regarding its privacy policies or data processing practices.
