Check before you create
Before a new record is created, the extension searches your existing Pinpoint database for a match. If someone is already in the system, you can link to their existing profile rather than creating a duplicate.
Choose the destination
Choose where each candidate goes: into your Talent Pipeline for speculative relationship-building, or directly into an open role you're actively sourcing for.
Know exactly who sourced who
