With a simple, guided workflow, candidate details are pre-filled and mapped to Paylocity’s supported fields, reducing errors and speeding up onboarding.

How does the Pinpoint and Paylocity integration work?

With Paylocity and Pinpoint you can:

• Send hired candidates from Pinpoint to Paylocity as pre-hires in just a few clicks
• Automatically pre-fill Paylocity fields using candidate data already captured in Pinpoint
• Configure and control which fields are shared, keeping your process flexible and compliant

When a candidate is ready to be onboarded, an admin can trigger Send to Paylocity from the candidate profile. A dynamic form opens, showing only the fields you’ve chosen to expose. Once submitted, the candidate is created in Paylocity as a pre-hire.

This is a one-way integration, designed to streamline the transition from recruitment into HR systems without disrupting existing workflows.
