Testlify and Pinpoint ATS integration

This integration streamlines your hiring process by automating candidate assessments within Pinpoint. When candidates reach a specific stage in your Pinpoint workflow, they are automatically invited to take a test on Testlify. Once completed, the Testlify test results are accessible in Pinpoint, allowing hiring teams to review performance without ever leaving Pinpoint.

With Testlify and Pinpoint you can:

  • Auto-invite candidates to assessments when they reach a selected stage in Pinpoint.
  • Easy connection allowing for a quick start to usage.
  • Custom test automation by linking Testlify assessments to specific job roles or hiring stages.
  • Test status tracking directly within Pinpoint, eliminating platform switching.
  • Assessment results are displayed as remarks/notes in each candidate’s Pinpoint profile.
  • Objective, skill-based evaluations for fair candidate comparison.

How does the Pinpoint and Testlify work?

Connect: Start by linking your Pinpoint account to Testlify using your API key and subdomain by following the steps below:

  1. Add Pinpoint Details in Testlify: Enter your Pinpoint API key and subdomain into Testlify.
  2. Set Up Webhook in Pinpoint: Copy the subscription URL from Testlify. Use this to subscribe to a webhook in Pinpoint so it can send candidate status updates to Testlify.

Trigger Test Invites: When you move candidates to a predefined “invitation” stage in Pinpoint, they’re automatically sent a Testlify assessment.

Candidate Takes the Test: Candidates complete their tests directly on Testlify, covering skills, knowledge, and other relevant abilities.

Receive Results in Pinpoint: After completion, candidates are moved to a “completion” stage in Testlify, and their test results are sent back to Pinpoint as remarks for easy access and review.
